Finance and Administration

The Accounts unit has developed significantly in the course of the past few years, predominantly to service the Company's expanding property management portfolio.  We have a 15 strong Property Management accounting team, which supports the Property Management team providing inter alia the following client services:

• Rent, service charge and insurance recharge administration and collection service;
• Dedicated service charge team who deliver accurate and timely budget and reconciliation reports;
• Dedicated credit control team supporting Landlord cashflow management and active bad debt management;
• Head lease payments/reconciliations or sub-tenant collections;
• VAT reconciliation reports;
• Apportionment reconciliations supporting asset purchases/disposals;
• Full compliance with RICS members accounting regulations;
• HR and payroll management service.
