 The Building Surveying Team provide a range of services for commercial clients both in the UK and Ireland. Although in its infancy, they have already secured a large number of instructions, including due diligence surveys, planned preventative maintenance programmes of shopping centres and office blocks, and insurance valuations. Advice on dilapidations matters and the project management of new build and refurbishment schemes.
