Property Management

The Shopping Centre Property Management Team at BTWShiells has grown significantly over the past 5 years and employs 14 surveyors. A significant part of the team are dedicated to the management of 46 shopping centres and retail parks throughout Northern Ireland, Great Britain and the Republic of Ireland administering an annual budget in excess of £150m of shopping centre rents and service charges on behalf of a diverse range of clients. In recognition of the professionalism of the Team, we have been ranked 4th in an overall UK ranking in the highly regarded league tables prepared professionally by Trevor Wood Associates and Savills. This assessment for the "Going Shopping" Guide for 2008 has recognised BTWShiells as a national player moving from 5th place two years ago to number 4. This achievement is an irrefutable mark of quality awarded in an internationally recognised assessment. Working in conjunction with the retail leasing and professional services teams, the Management Team is able to provide a ‘seamless’ service for all aspects of shopping centre management including, not least, unlocking all asset management opportunities thereby maximising rental growth and capital appreciation as well as maintaining an optimum retail environment.
