A number of national and independent retailers have recently opened their doors in Erneside Shopping Centre, Enniskillen, creating significant employment and retail attraction for the Fermanagh area and boosting Erneside’s diverse tenant offer.
Fashion retailer New Look, has opened in a new ‘flagship’ 21,000sq ft unit within Erneside Shopping Centre, increasing its store size within the centre by some 6 times. The upsize was negotiated by BTWShiells who confirmed the opening of the new store has created 21 full and part time jobs for the Co Fermanagh area, bringing New Look’s employee total in the Erneside Shopping Centre store to 35. New Look is one of the largest and most successful fashion retailers in the UK, with over 800 stores in the UK, ROI and mainland Europe.
Jack Robinson has also opened its doors in Erneside, Enniskillen, creating a further four jobs for the area. Jack Robinson is a local independent store with a strong focus on branded quality menswear products and has provided an attractive new dimension to the fashion mix of the centre.
Another of Erneside’s new additions is a 1,700sq ft Costa Coffee, employing eight new full time employees and three new part time employees. Placed at a prominent corner site, the operator provides some 140 covers and provides a welcome new catering offer to the centre.
